You were unable to download for one of the following reasons:

1. Your subscription has not been activated (Go to Current History On-Line Subscription Activation)
Remember that it takes 2-3 weeks for your subscription to be processed.

2. You did not enter your user name or password correctly. Remember to use lower case.
